  2. Use the template given for presentations at the 2018 IEEE ICEE Conference
  3. Presentations must be emailed to conf@ieee-icee.org by Dec 11th 2018 (email subject should be: PPT-“Paper ID”-“Track Name”-“First Author Name”)
  4. You are supposed to bring your presentation in a flash drive and load it to the system before your session starts.
  5. To improve your presentation, your track chair may give you feedback
  6. E-mail your final présentation copy to conf@ieee-icee.org à File Name should have Paper ID and Track’s Name
  7. Authors, whose paper has been accepted for poster presentation, must bring a poster. The conference is providing 4’(H in Feet) x 3′ (W in Feet) Portrait space for posters. You can print any size of poster, which can be fixed within this space.
  8. Author’s Corner: authors, whose paper has been accepted for oral presentation, must also bring a print out of their slides (they are welcome to bring poster too). The conference will provide a  4’(H in Feet) x 3′ (W in inches) poster board inside each session. You must stick your slides on one of these poster boards before your session starts and you are expected to stay next to your poster board for 15 mins after the session. This arrangement will ensure that those who couldn’t ask you a question, can interact with you further. This will also give you an opportunity to interact with experts from different places, who may be interested in your work.

Best Manuscript Award – Track Wise: Best manuscript of each track will be selected for this award. Read guidelines for preparing manuscript carefully.
Best Presentation Award – Track Wise: Best presentation of each track will be selected for this award. Read guidelines for preparing PPT carefully. Best Poster Award – Track Wise: Best poster of each track will be selected for this award.
ICEE Best Paper Award: Three awards for the best papers published in ICEE. Selection for this award will involve novelty of work, quality and details in the manuscript, quality of slides and presentation.

Instruction to Upload Final Manuscript
(This is for Oral Paper, which are accepted for IEEE Proceedings)

  1. The camera-ready paper must follow IEEE conference template and the file must be IEEE Xplore compliant. Moreover, authors must check for the plagiarism and ensure no plagiarized content before they submit the final paper. Besides, you must upload the signed copyright form which is a mandatory requirement for IEEE Xplore publication.
  2. You will find following links / documents useful for preparing final / extended manuscript:
  1. Please upload your final camera-ready manuscript by 2nd Dec, 2018.
  • See snapshot below to find the link for upload. You need to approve a few things before you get the icon to upload in front of “Extended Final Paper”.
  • If your’s is an oral paper, then fill the attached copyright form, sign and upload it in EDAS
  • Bring the hard copy of the signed copyright form to the conference and submit it at the registration desk (this is only for our records. Uploading on EDAS website is a must)
  • If your paper is accepted as poster paper, you won’t be asked to upload the copyright form.
  1. Please register before 30th November, 2018. For each paper, at least one of the author must register for the conference. Minimum one unique registration per paper is a must. To appear in proceedings your paper must be presented (15 mins) by one of the author. It is mandatory that one of the authors presents the work at the conference, rather a representative. To qualify for best paper award, the paper must be presented by 1st student author.
